This client contacted FEA in order to open a denied claim on the enire roof system replacement. After our Certified FREE Inspection, we were able to qualify them for a roof replacement thru their insurance carrier. They have tried in past to get qualified but kept getting denied but after carefully looking at their insurance policy we were able to get them fully indemnified.
FEA was contacted to represent this client in the storm claim that was filed. Initially this claim was denied by the carrier.
